A planning meeting for the August 17, 2008 Picnic at 4:00 pm and for the Sunday School Open House on August 24th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. We will determine how many more people we need for each event and what those volunteering will be doing, as well as, what supplies are needed for each activity. A schedule of the hours each volunteer can be available will also be filled in and the names of other possible volunteers to call will be shared. Hope to see you there!
